5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
● Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance.
● Orders are deemed accepted once payment is processed and the order enters production.
We reserve the right to:
● Limit or cancel quantities purchased per order
● Refuse orders suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms
Cancellations are only allowed within 1 hour of placing the order, subject to order status.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
● Production typically begins within 2–3 business days
● Delivery timelines provided are estimates only
● Delays caused by courier partners, logistics issues, weather conditions, or force majeure events are beyond our control
Once an order is shipped, GoRizzzy shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by the courier partner.
7. EXCHANGES & RETURNS
GoRizzzy does not offer refunds.
Exchanges are permitted only under specific conditions, as outlined in our Exchange & Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Any request not raised within the specified time window or not meeting eligibility criteria may be declined.
