Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed on GoRizzzy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
All products sold on GoRizzzy are made to order.
● Orders are typically processed and sent for production within 2–3 business days
● Processing time excludes Sundays and public holidays
● During peak periods (sales, festivals, high-volume days), processing may take slightly longer
Once the order is ready, it is handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.
2. Shipping Coverage
At present, GoRizzzy delivers only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Domestic Shipping (India)
● After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days
● Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed, and may vary depending on:
○ Delivery location and PIN code
○ Courier partner operations
○ Weather or logistical disruptions
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
● Delivery location
● Package weight
The final shipping cost (if applicable) is displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Order Tracking
● Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS
● Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch
Customers are advised to monitor their shipment using the tracking information provided.
6. Courier Partners & Delivery Attempts
We ship orders through reliable third-party courier partners.
● Delivery attempts and timelines are governed by courier partner policies
● In cases where the address falls under Out of Delivery Area (ODA) or delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the shipment as per their standard process
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:
● House/Flat number
● Street/Locality
● City & State
● Correct PIN code
● Contact number
Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may face delivery delays or returns. Any reshipment in such cases may incur additional charges.
8. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
● Courier partner issues
● High shipping volumes
● Weather conditions
● Operational disruptions beyond our control
GoRizzzy shall not be held responsible for delays once the shipment has been dispatched.
9. Lost, Undelivered, or Returned Shipments
● If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will assist with resolution as per courier guidelines
● Orders returned due to delivery failure, incorrect address, or non-availability of the recipient may be eligible for reshipment at the customer’s cost
Customers should report delivery issues to support@gorizzzy.com at the earliest so we can assist with courier follow-up.
10. Cash on Delivery (If Available)
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered for your location:
● Additional COD charges may apply
● COD availability and charges vary by PIN code
The final payable amount, including any COD fees, will be shown at checkout.

GoRizzzy reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
