Exchange and Return

We keep things simple and honest.

Every RIZZZY tee is made just for you. While we don’t do refunds, we’ll always try to help with an exchange when it makes sense.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes — within 7 days of delivery.

As long as:

● The tee is unused, unworn, and unwashed

● All tags and original packaging are still there

● It’s not a sale or customized item

Things we can’t exchange:

● If the wrong size was selected at checkout

● If you change your mind after delivery

● Small color or print differences (these happen sometimes)

● Worn or washed items

How long does shipping take?

● We process orders in 2–3 working days

● Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after shipping

● You’ll get a tracking link by email or SMS once it’s shipped

Sometimes couriers take longer — we appreciate your patience.

How do I request an exchange?

Super easy 👇

1. Email us at support@gorizzzy.com within 7 days of delivery

2. Share your order ID and what went wrong

3. If it’s damaged or incorrect, add a couple of clear photos

We’ll reply within 2–3 working days with next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

● If we made a mistake (damaged / wrong item) → we cover it

● For other exchanges → return shipping is on the customer

We recommend using a courier with tracking.

What if my item is damaged or wrong?

That’s on us.

Just message us within 48 hours of delivery with:

● Photos of the product

● Photos of the outer packaging

● Your order ID

Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

● Yes, within 1 hour of placing it

● After that, the order goes into production and can’t be canceled

● You may still request an exchange after delivery (as per policy)

A few honest notes

● Colors may look slightly different on different screens — that’s normal

● Minor print or placement variations are part of the process

● Orders are made on demand, so returns without approval won’t be accepted
