GoRizzzy is a premium t-shirt label based in India, selling directly to customers through this website. All products are listed and fulfilled by us; our checkout is powered by Shopify.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address, phone number and email you provide — most delivery failures we see are caused by incomplete addresses or unreachable phone numbers.

Our tees are made in small runs. Fabric weight, print placement and wash tone can vary slightly between batches; this is a characteristic of small-batch production, not a defect.

Product photography is shot as accurately as we can manage, but colour may appear different across screens. Measurements on each product page are the authoritative guide to fit.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise on the product page. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery where it is available for your PIN code.

Promotional offers such as multi-buy discounts apply only while displayed on the site and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so explicitly.

An order confirmation email means we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. We may cancel and refund an order in full if an item is out of stock, if pricing or product information was published in error, or if we suspect fraudulent or reseller activity.

You can request a cancellation before your order is handed to the courier by writing to us — see the Contact Information page. Once a shipment is picked up, our Refund Policy applies instead.

All artwork, prints, product photography, copy and the GoRizzzy name and logo belong to us. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially — including printing our designs on garments — without written permission.

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as courier disruption, strikes, weather or regulatory action.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction. In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be raised with our grievance contact listed on the Contact Information page; we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
